REQUIREMENTS OF AN EFFECTIVE FAIR ARBITRATION PROCESS

  • An arbitration agreement.
  • The arbitration agreement must apply to the issue in dispute.
  • Appointment of a qualified & skilled expert arbitrator.
  • Clarification of the jurisdiction of the arbitrator and the applicable law.
  • Party representation.
  • Co-operation between parties and arbitrator to make the process run smoothly.
